I went to the new Regal Cinemas downtown at LA Live with a friend of mine. It was the first time I'd paid for a movie at a Regal in about eighteen months. In my Washington life (certainly not my LA alter-ego!!) I worked at one, and saw all the movies free. Overall not a bad job.
Anyway. Twilight. No, I don't own a t-shirt. No, I didn't even pre-order the tickets. My friend picked them up at the box office after she had dinner with her boyfriend in the same complex. And no, we did not wait in line all day. We got 12:30 AM tickets, and showed up a little after midnight.
But in the spirit of full disclosure, I have read all the books. I liked them too.
